Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of NclexSpark. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• Only first-time purchases are eligible for refunds (renewals are non-refundable)
• Free trial subscriptions are not eligible for refunds (no charge applied)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nclexspark.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Gold Plan Guaranteed Pass Pledge

Gold Plan subscribers who complete all required activities and do not pass the NCLEX may request a free subscription extension rather than a monetary refund. See Terms of Service for full details.
