To help you evaluate our offerings without commitment, NCLEXspark provides free access to a portion of our content before you decide to purchase:

  • Free Practice Questions: All users can access a selection of our question bank for free, including rationales and explanations. This allows you to assess the quality, relevance, and alignment of our materials with your study needs.
  • No Time Limit on Free Access: You can use the free content for as long as needed to decide whether our premium features are right for you.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly explore the free content before purchasing. This is designed to give you ample opportunity to assess the value and functionality of our offerings.

2. Paid Purchases and Refund Policy

Once you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription or purchase premium access (e.g., full question banks, mock exams, performance tracking, or study guides), please note the following:

  • 7-Day Refund Window: We offer a full refund on first-time purchases if a refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date — no questions asked.
  • First-Time Purchases Only: Only the initial purchase is eligible for a refund. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
  • Free Trial Subscriptions: Free trial access is not eligible for a refund as no charge is applied.
  • Eligibility Confirmation: Before purchase, ensure you meet any system requirements (e.g., compatible browser, stable internet) and that the content aligns with your exam type (e.g., NCLEX-RN vs. NCLEX-PN).

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In limited cases, we may consider additional exceptions on a case-by-case basis. These require contacting support within 48 hours of the issue arising:

  • Technical Issues Preventing Access: If you cannot access purchased content due to a verifiable error on our end (e.g., server outage or account activation failure), we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved within 14 days, we will provide a refund or account credit, depending on your preference. We may also extend your subscription period at our discretion to ensure you receive full value for your purchase.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same purchase in error, contact support with your transaction details. A full refund of the duplicate amount will be issued within 14 business days.
  • Fraud or Unauthorized Charges: If your purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, contact your payment provider immediately for chargeback options. We cooperate with such investigations but do not process refunds directly for unauthorized transactions.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. All refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction and will exclude any applicable payment processing fees.

4. Gold Plan — Guaranteed Pass Pledge

Gold Plan subscribers who complete all required activities and do not pass the NCLEX may request a free subscription extension rather than a monetary refund. 5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@nclexspark.com with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. Our support team will review and process your request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Cancellations

  • Pre-Purchase: You may cancel your order before payment confirmation (e.g., during checkout). No charges will apply.
  • Post-Purchase: Once access is granted, cancellations are permitted. Refunds or account credits will be assessed based on the nature of the issue, the time elapsed since purchase, and the usage of your subscription.
