1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NclexSpark (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

NclexSpark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial NCLEX exam preparation. You may not share your account, resell access, or use automated tools to extract content.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the paid period unless renewed. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Guaranteed Pass Pledge (Gold Plan)

Gold Plan subscribers who complete the required study activities and do not pass the NCLEX on their first attempt are eligible for a free subscription renewal. Conditions apply — contact support for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on NclexSpark — including questions, rationales, study guides, and cheat sheets — is the property of NclexSpark and protected by copyright law. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of NCSBN. NclexSpark is not affiliated with NCSBN.

7. Disclaimer

NclexSpark is a study preparation tool. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing the NCLEX exam. Exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, and test-day performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

NclexSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
